During March, effluent quality was within NPDES permit limits for CBOD and concentrations. Table 1.1
summarizes the effluent quality data. Attachment A contains Time Series Plots of daily Carbonaceous
:Biochemical Oxygen Demand (CBOD) and Total Suspended Solids (TSS) values. Attachment B contains Time
Series Plots of Aeration Mixed Liquor Suspended Solids (MLSS) and Sludge Volume Index (SVI).

Preventive maintenance was performed on all equipment as scheduled for March. There were 21
unscheduled maintenance tasks performed. All were minor repairs except for:

A safety inspection was conducted on April 12, 1999. The rating was 99%. Deficiencies reported were:

f1 6.0 SEWER COLLECTION SYSTEM

During the month there were 20 sewer calls. The calls were related to the following:

Collection system personnel continued working in the Meadows Subdivision investigating homes for sump
pump connections. All trouble spots in the collection system have been cleaned and catch basins have been checked
a~d cleaned each week. Collection system personnel are cleaning area 6 and are near completion.
