Art Scholarship Update
John McCarthy reviewed application for scholarship and was not impressed. Student did not have a lot to say.
However, scholarship was awarded because this was the only application returned and there is no guideline set
forth to allow the board to hold scholarship for next year.
The Board discussed for next year setting stronger stipulations and guidelines for recipients.
Bike Rack(Court House) update
Pulling up bike racks at Adrianne's and will be replacing with new bike rack. Nathan spoke with County
Commissioners about putting the bird bike rack there by the doors, Commissioners said the bike rack could be
put on the property but would have to be down on the sidewalk area. The Board discussed this and feels like
there just isn't enough room to have the art piece placed there. John feels like this would not be a "featuring"
spot. Paul said the swimming pool is possibly looking for a bike rack, will check with Olivia.
Aerial mural Progress
Artist goal for mural is to be completed the second or third week of July because he is leaving for Hawaii.

The nice thing about this mural is you can redo whenever you would like just paint over with new design. The
material used is made to be able to change.

Paul gave update on lighting for the Running Man art pieces, Solar will be just under$10,000, non solar will be

they have questions about brightness solar—vs- non solar, etc. Paul to get in contact and schedule.
