Council,
The Jeffersonville Police Department is applying for the 2017 Port Security Grant. We are requesting to
purchase 2 Yamaha 250hp outboard motors, which total $61,135.00. If approved for this grant we are
required a 25% match, which is$15,283.75.This amount would be paid out of the non-reverting
GL#409-006-445.00, in which there are$28,000.00 appropriated funds.
We are asking the council for approval to proceed with grant process.
