The Jeffersonville Fire Merit Commission held a Regular Meeting on Thursday, May 4,
2017 in the first floor Council Chambers, 500 Quartermaster Court, Jeffersonville, IN.

Patricia Barrow—Secretary
Jeff Frey—Board Member
Bernie Horvath — Board Member
Nathan Masingo —Attorney
Connie Conen — Recording Secretary absent
GUESTS: Chief Hendrick, B. DeArk , B. Tetley, G. Popp, R. Vangilder, B. Emerson,
R. Hollis, B. Ervin, B. Heseer, D. Dierking
CALL TO ORDER:
Mr. Monohan called the meeting to order at 6:OOPM. All commissioners were present.
Mr. Frey made a motion to accept the minutes of the April 6, 2017 meeting, Mr. Horvath
second them.
Berms Horvath: seconded -the minutes were unanimously approved.
NEW BUSINESS:
Received a letter from Chief Hendrick for permanent position of the following:
Gary Popp
Joe Donahue
Ben Hesen
Andrew Conlen
Daniel Frantz
Jeff Frey made motion to accept them as permanent and Bernie Harvath second it.

June 12017 5:30 Executive Meeting 6:00 for Open Meeting.
