July 9, 2013
1) Call to Order
A special meeting of the Jeffersonville Plan Commission was held on July 9, 2013 at
6:01 p.m. in the Mayor's Conference Room, Second Floor, Jeffersonville City Hall,
500 Quartermaster Court, Jeffersonville, Indiana. Chairperson Josh Rodriquez called
the meeting to order.
2) Roll Call
The roll was called and those members present were: Kathy Bupp, Rita Fleming,
Connie Sellers, Brent Roberts, Josh Rodriquez, and Lisa Gill. Those members not
present: Ed Zastawny. Also present were Linda Mills, Secretary, Shane Corbin,
Planning & Zoning Director, Dan Matson, Planning & Zoning Coordinator and Les
Merkley, Planning & Zoning Attorney.

3) New Business
a) PC -13 -22
The next item to come before the Commission was an application filed by Woolpert,
Inc. for development plan review for property located at 900 Trey Street in the River
Ridge Commerce Center. The proposed development includes an 81,900 square -foot
facility with 124 parking spaces on a 25 -acre parcel that is currently vacant.
Blade Hauth appeared before the Commission and stated the following:
• Will be designing a building for American Fuji Seal;
• Purchase a 25 acre lot in River Ridge;
• The project is approximately 82,000 square feet;
• The building will be placed in front of the lot in anticipation that the business
will grow and will be able to expand at the rear of the lot;
• All parking will be in front of the building;
• The company manufactures labels for food products;
• Part of the building will be a food grade facility, they produce juice pouches,
they will also be selling equipment and demonstration on how to apply labels;
• They will also be printing labels at this site;
• Anticipating 60 employees per shift, this will be a two shift operation;

5) Adjournment
There being no further business to come before the Plan Commission the special
meeting was adjourned at 6:20 p.m.
