FIRE DEPARTMENT MERIT COMMISSION

The Jeffersonville Fire Department Merit Commission held a Regular Meeting on
Thursday, August 18, 2011 in the Second Floor Conference Room, 500 Quartermaster
Court, Jeffersonville, IN. The following were present:
David Martin - President
Jeff Frey — Board Member
Bobby F.rvin -Hoard Member
Ron Glass, Vice President
Drew Adams, Attorney
CALL TO ORDER:
Mr. Martin calhxl the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.
On September 15, 2011 there will be a meeting with the Jeffersonville City Council
before their regular meeting concerning promotion and demotion of Administration
positions. The hire and promotion dates will be accessed through Kim Calabro and
through Chief Kaslde.
There was no public input during the meeting.
The next meeting on September 1, 2011 the Rules and procedures will be voted on.
ADJOURNMENT:
Mr. Martin asked if there was any additional business. Hearing none Mr. Glass made
a motion to adjourn the meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 7:05 PM.
