EXECUTIVE SESSION
May 6, 2010
The City of Jeffersonville Fire Merit Commission met in Executive Session on Thursday,
May 6, 2010 in the Conference Room, Third Floor, City Building, Jeffersonville, Indiana. The
meeting was called to order at approximately 5:00 p.m. with the following in attendance:

EXECUTIVE SESSION
Executive Session was held for discussion and consultation pursuant to the following:
INDIANA CODE ~ 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5) - to receive information about and
interview prospective employees.
The FIRE MERIT COMMISSION hereby certifies and affirms that no subject matter was
discussed in executive session other than the subject matter specified in the public notice, specifically
strategy with respect to collective bargaining.
